Knowing what to expect from my body as far as cravings and how to continue to get enough protein were incredibly helpful. There is also a great chapter about eating out!

I have had his book for half a year now and use it more often than any other.. an even better plus is that although he hasn't meant to, many of his recipes do not combine proteins and carbohydrates, and i find these books lacking from the bookstores entirely. I wait in anticipation for another of Richard's books. Really, every vegan should have this book.
